tbi to carb, what to do about pullys
I have a 305 tbi in my 1990 camaro rs, and i am going to put in a 383 carbed in its place. I plan on taking the ac and the air pump off, but I don't know what to do about the belt. I can't just run it in a loop, because my water pump would be pumping the wrong way. If you have any input, and have done this before please tell me how you did it

I found out that GM makes one for both AC, and Air pump, but they are both $60 a piece. Do you know of a cheaper set, or can I just not put on the air pump pully, and go from the water pump to the AC delete pully?

u don;t need a delete pully for the air pump. u can work aroudn it. the air conditoner i pulled all the stuff out except the compresser caus ei needed the pully. but if u get the a/c delete it will clean it up then u just need to get a diff size belt. i don;t rememebr but i think like 92 inches or sumthin. wut u do it from the alot go to the tensoner over top of the compresser, down aroudn the crank. aroudn the water pump on the pass side and aroudnthat to the power steering, and back up to the alt. works liek a charm.
