Votec Swap

I have a 91 TBI 350 ...pretty stock

I have a chance to get a 98 Vortec 350 pretty cheap

Will my TBI stuff run this motor If i get a vortec TBI intake for it?

as far as i know everything will work after you get a vortech intake
