im trying to decide if i want to swap a ls1 or a lt1 in my bird, i was wondering if anyone knew why they diched the coolent reverse-flow on the LT1 and went back to normal on the LS1? was there a problem with it? does anyone know the stock HP for each engine?

Transmission: A 700R4 that has trouble handling the formentioned 350.
Either way good luck, Both swaps would be a job, (Complete computer swap on both). But I'd really like to see an LS1 under the hood of a thirdgen. Maybe you should consider an LS6 (now that would be fun
