Transmission: 5-Speed
Axle/Gears: 3.23
GM 350 Crate 330Hp Vortec Heads
Has anybody swaped their motor for the GM Vortec 350 330Hp crate motor? GM says not for fuel injected motors. The cam specs look ok and HITHERE don't see why it would be HITHERE problem. Gm also has an intake for TBI using vortec heads. Has anybody tried this swap using TBI.

the vortec engines came with TBI in the first
place if im not mistaken.

A guy that I work with put the HO 350 in his 94 1500. He bought the Edelbrock multi point FI kit thats made for TBI trucks, and the thing rocks. Very fast for a full size, and it runs great.

I've got that motor in my 91 and it runs on a carb. I have all the info to run it on tbi or tpi, have done research for a few years now. I live in Enid.
