Fast Burn 385 crate engine in a 1992
Is it possible to swap a Fast Burn 385 crate engine in a 1992 camaro? Could I retain all the stock accessories? The car is currently a 305 tbi could I use the intake and throttle body off of it? Would I need to change the wiring harness or computer? Thanks

You can bolt it in. The 305 TBI & intake will choke it. The computer probably won't be happy with you, but that's PROM tuning.
Hope you had exhaust upgrades in mind.

yeah, he is right...it will bolt up just fine...but you have to change everythin else for it to work correctly without starving the thing for air an fuel.

The FastBurn heads that engine comes with are Vortec design...while they can be drilled & tapped for conventional intakes, the ports are higher which creates sealing problems.
You can buy TBI intake manifolds designed to accomodate this from SDPC2000.com among others.
Take a look at this for a good idea of the sealing issues:

I love all these "yup it'll bolt right up fer sure yup" posts from yahoos who have never done it...
