what do you think of this gm 350 good wrench engine???

Axle/Gears: 3.42s/posi/disc
what do you think of this gm 350 good wrench engine???
i definatley no what im buying this summer.
i just looked at the specs on the engine.
so all i have to do is use the intake and exaust and such of my 305 and put it on the crate engine.
ive got
hooker competition headers (very good shape)
Carter AFB competition series carburater (brand new)
weihin stealth intake. (good condition)
excell spark plug wires (brand new)
Crane Cam
it ses on the web site that the engine puts out 249hp and 304
foot pounds of torque if i throw on the performance goodeys do u think that that it would make even more then 249???

Its a good engine though id
change the heads and cam.
