You need a chip, a 350 knock sensor (tuned to the different knock frequency of the different bore diameter), and injectors that will supply the correct amount of fuel for a 350.
The TPI itself is the same.

Just get a different chip and injectors. Then add a new knock sensor and you are in business.
Although to take advantage of the 350 I would recommend porting your plenum and base. Siameasing the runners, and maybe adding better fuel rails.
Or better yet go with a Super-Ram or a Mini-Ram. I know several people on here swear by the Stealthram but I would not choose one because I have heard that they are a pain in the *** to install.
I find that the Super-ram is the choice for maintaining a smog legal car. The Mini-ram however is decently priced and easy to install.
