the neverending swap

Ok, Had to purchase a flywheel for the chevy 350 engine today, good news was it was only 30$, bad news it took 30 minutes to find the right one. I found out that I had a smaller outerdiameter for the starter I had from my 305, but I needed the larger inner diameter and bolt patter from a 350. low and behold found one out of a 1975 chevy caprice, well thats what went into one, but I bought mine brand new.

just letting you guys know what happened, cause I know you all wanted to know.

is it because of something with the rear main seal or something?
