Vortec carb intake, holley carb to tbi adaptor, custom prom, holley 670 tbi, and headers (not necessary but the car won't run worth a darn without them)
look in the tbi board for jprevost, then find his website... hes got all the parts listed and the whole swap documented, i believe...

Could you not run the GM Vortec intake for TBI, part # 12496821?
Then run a factory/stock GM TBI and ECM used on 350 trucks?

You could get away with the stock components I'm sure, but it wouldn't run to its potential. The GM TBI Vortec intake I believe has EGR, but if you run with out EGR you need a modified PCM.
Also I think the stock TBI would need bigger injectors, or possibly a fuel pressure regulator. The Ultimate TBI mods would not hurt either.
I do believe however that the TBI Vortec Intake costs more then the Carb Intake with the adapter. I would also be willing to bet that the carb intake would make more power.
