More Lt1 wiring not in the for dummies post

Ok, in the for dummies post, the PCM pinout was posted. Now, the problem I have is this. There are 2 PCM bat connections which seems a little odd to me, why would this not be an internal connection? And second there are B30 pnk PCM Ignition Feed
D30 pnk PCM Ignition Feed, and I wonder are these ignition feeds as in the ignition system that creates spark, or some people call the cranking switch the ignition switch (maybe just old timers, I dunno...) but I thought maybe this is the switched power for the PCM. Doesn't the PCM have some sort of switched power? When I turn the key, I do not get power on the fuel pump enable line which is what I was working on when I went back for the information and found the 2 bat connections, and 2 ign feed lines...
Thanks for the clarification

B15 & B31 should have constant power(B+).

D3(pnk) & B30(pnk) should be connected to a switched ignition source.

I believe that that D3 ties into B30 leaving only the end of B30 to be connected.

B30 eventually ties into the fuel pump enable relay and the theft deterrant module. I'm betting as long as everything else is connected properly, connecting the pink B30 to a switched ignition source(maybe at the column) would get your pump to cycle.
