Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: WCT5
Will be starting 305TBI -> 305 TPI complete engine swap
Has anyone done this before? I have searched and would like some advice as to what parts i need to take off of my old car and put them onto my car.
Donor Car: 1990 Formula 305 TPI 700r4
Swap car: 1991 Camaro RS
Also, Do i need to buy any parts new? That i will need for this swap to be sucessful or will this be a straightforward swap (ECM, wiring, fan setup, fuel pump)? Please someone help me.

Change everything that looks different, plus the ECM and fuel pump. That should cover it.

My friend and I have almost completed a 305 TBI to a 350 TPI swap we had to splice the wiring harnesses together chassis to engine as the ecm and engine harness were different from the TBI harness. I have also found that the throttle cable was different and the cruise control cable from the control servo to the throttle body is different. We should be firing it up this weekend i hope it goes well
