AC ? 3rd gen LT1 Swap
I have swapped my v6 out of my 91 firebird with 94 LT1. Im stumped a little with the ac. I assume i will need to change the system to r134a instead of r12? What all do I need to do to change it over and make it work correctly. I have brand new r12 condensor and evap can would that work or would i need r134a condensor and dryher can? I also see on my pcm it has a ac request signal wire. Does it need to be hooked up and where at? I would most think that it would have to. Any help thanks

Nice looking swap. From what I understand as long as the r-12 components have been completely evacuated you can use 134a. There is incompatibility in the oil that both systems use.
