has anyone done a LT1 swap using a aftermarket k-member? will the LT1 a/c clear without modifying the k-member?

 

Don't think it has been done, but from the photos I've seen of the K-members the compressor should clear.

What brand K-member is it? I remember seeing one of them and thinking it looked just as big as the stock piece. Can't remember the company though.

 

have you looked at BMR s website they have a whole list of stuff for our cars and they have a tublar k member on the books i dont know if its on their site yet but i know they are in the work of making it
they seem to make everthing else good i can only assume the same for the k- member
