Which years had a mechanical fuel pump rod hole drilled? My '87 block did but it turned out it's a worthless pile of dung. The machine shop found a couple cracks in the lifter valley which is a common thing with that year he said So now I'm block hunting and as soon as I get a block to him, it would be about a week till the engine is done He does have a late model block there but no hole drilled for a fuel pump rod. Yeah the easy thing to do is probably just put an electric fuel pump on but my wallet says no at the moment :/ Thanks for any useful info
