Yes it would but would require a different flywheel/flexplate since you would be going form a 1piece rear main seal to a 2 piece rear main seal> Your current block is a roller ther one on the web site is most likely a non roller block. You would also need a dofferent intake due to the angle and configuration of the center bolts on each side of the intake. Do you plan to carb or use the FI on your car?

 

I plan to keep everything the same, i was going to just use the stock throttle body.
