trick flow ?
im buying a set of trick flow G2 heads my ? is how much horsepower will i gain with a good 3" exhaust headers and the G2 heads on a stock engine except for all the bolt on stuff i have?

if your ripping heads off, i sure as hell hope your tossin in a cam.... would be a waste otherwise, and i would expect to see minimal gains otherwise.

What motor are they going onto? Like fb said, you won't see much gain if you don't replace the weak (I'm guessing it's stock) cam that's in it....

That's not entirely true. I've read two articles where the heads were swapped onto an otherwise stock engine and the gain was between 40 and 50 horses. One article dealt with Trick Flow, the other was AFR. These swaps were on a 5.0 Mustang, which has a slightly more aggressive cam from the factory, and a way better intake and EFI system, so I wouldn't expect gains like these, but I wouldn't be suprised if you picked up 20 horses or more.
Obviously a cam swap, and some intake work are really required to wake up the motor, but if you can't afford it the heads by themselves will still make a noticeable increase in power.
