anyone know whare to get a good shrtblock
i need a shrtblock for my GTA i have trickflow G1 heads allready just need a good price on a shortblock with KB pistons 9:8:1 comp,performance cam maybe 218/224 somewhare around their and balanced anyone have any ideas whare i can get the best price and quality?

build it yourself or find a shop to build it for you. hard to find short blocks close to what you're looking for. it'd also be hard to find a short block rated at any compression ratio without a set of heads bolted to it.

Go find the engine shop in your area that builds motors for the racers at your local round track that win. That's probably where you'll get the best product for the buck, since you won't have to pay shipping.
