We built a 350 for my buddy's 86 Iroc. It is a TPI set up with vortec heads. I have checked for fuel pressure and spark. I have retimed the dist. it wil spit if I move the dist. but no start. I checked with a scanner, it has no codes, and the TPS has no volts, O2 has no volts, and the AIS flickers. Any suggestions?

 

You said that you checked for fuel and spark but you didn't say if you found any or not?
