383 stroker kit

I am now looking at buying this stroker kit and wondering what you might think of this set up. As far as flex plate goes do I use the 153 or 168? This will be going into an L98 block with Vortec heads. All opinions are welcomed, here is the kit:

Clevite 77 Main & Rod bearings

i would use the 168 tooth because of the higher compression, and the torque it will take the starter to crank the engin.

The 168 tooth flywheel is what I'm using and you will need to get a 400 sbc starter. And your flywheel cover won't fit anymore. Just thought I'd help ya out.
