Engine-bellhousing question
I was working on the 350 that Im rebuilding today, and I found that a 305 has five bolts for the bellhousing to connect to and my engine has only 4. Its missing the top center bolt. Will this cause any major problems for me in the future, or can I just ignore? Any input would be great.

My bad, I was counting that in my head and forgot a set. But now the problem is still the same, The old engine still has an extra bolt hole.

The top center bolt hasn't been uised on SBCs since the early 70s. You must have a fairly old 350 block.
Igonre it. It is of no consequence whatsoever. 6 bolts is plenty.
