Hi i have a question and please in you answer give the quarter mile time if possible with the answer. if you have a stock f-body and dont have any mecanic at all to have the fastest car for the cheapest mony what would yo goo for...(no nos)witch block heads tranny ...and y heard about honda magic frankenstein engine possible with v-8????give me some secret plz!!

 

I guess for decent power on a cheap budget, a nice 350 would suit well. I only have about $500 in my motor, and extra for exhaust and trans etc. But I got the motor for free and had alot of stuff already around...

 

no such thing as going super fast for cheap.

a 350 tpi engine is easy to run 13's for cheap, with some what stock trans, suspension, and rear end. after that it starts to get more and more expensive. just remembe that the fast you want to go, the more has to be done to the rest of the car to hold up to the increased power

 

You can get your hands on an L98 cheap. Lots o torque and a blast to drive.
