not engine, but intake swap question..

i was wondering what mods are needed to fit an lt1 intake to the 3rd gen l98 or lb9. i know there's machining, but what are they, and will i have to take the heads off? thanx

You do not have to take the heads off but the intake needs to be modified to accept a distributor. Check out this link to see what is involved with the conversion. www.lt1intake.com
