ok nuff of this lol i was lookin fer a good 4th gen site to ask bout swap but this is the best place to be for info. so manny ppl with expert advice. i have (getting ina couple days) a 95 firebird. 3.4l auto. i wanna swap in a v8 350. whats involved. ez to throw ina carbed one but is the FI worth the work?? should i buy a crashed up z28 or T/A. ok i think i scored, i found a 327 all taken apart. all preformance parts should make suposedly 350-400 hp. all machined ready to put togather. $1500 cndn$. will it bolt in like a 350??? i have to check it out first but it sounds good. i think i found a rear end too 300$ cndn$ for a 88 turbo tbird is being parted out. the rear end is a 8.8 355 disc. can i get an adaptor to hook it up is it ez to install or should i go with a gm one. whats some good gm cars to look at for a posi rear that can handle lots of hp? im not to good on the carbs know nothin bout em but theres one fer sale here... edelbrock 625 cfm 4 barrel preformance carb #1490-1404 high luster finish elec choke $300 canadian $. good for this engine??? thanks
