i am swaping a 3.1 v-6 to a v-8 i started pressure cleaning the motor and found out that it is a canadian block and has the number 29 next to where is say's canada what dose that mean is it going to be better worse what's the differance

if you want the outer numbers if it helps i can post them to i dont have them on hand but i can find them
