Looking for some opinions
I'm looking around for a 3rd gen that used to have a v-8 in it but now doesnt have any in it so that i can learn alittle and put my own engine in my car. Heres my question it will be more of a show car cause its getting where 3rd gen's are getting real rare around these parts and i think a nice one is even rarer so that you can take it to a show and it will be a looked at car. But heres me question i have a 92 3.1L now for my daily driver and i love it.. Only got 60k on it and got a lot of life left in her and plus i have a duaghter and cant be hot rodding around anyway. But what i want to know what you guys think i should go for. Should i maybe put a 305 in it and some NOS and or a subercharger or something like that or a good ole 350 just regular or a supercharger in there or some nos who knows, also im looking at like price to drive around. 350's cant be getting that good of gas mileage but is the 305 much better? Sorry i could find this post anywhere else so i figured i would try my own. I just want something fun i can take out and beat some ricers but also that i can take to shows and all along not be losing all kinds of money. All in all i want something special but isnt so special that i cant drive it.
Thanks

another question. I live in PA and we have the inspection and then also the emmisions test and i was wondering, if a car that comes with a carb engine can swap in an LT1 or does it have to stay carb and stay fuel injected or be changed. No i dont know anyone that will pass me while being illegal.

ussualy, if the car was only avalible with EFI, it has to stay EFI, but if it came carbed, you can go EFI, the but engine has to be newer the the car, and has to retain all emissions devices from the year of the motor(oh, the motor has to be from a car, and has to be the same configuration as a motor the car was avalible with I.E., V8 or V6 or I4 in a third gen)
