Interchangeability??
I just purchased an L98 that came out of an '87 GTA. My current motor is the LB9. I want to know if the serpentine system on my newer 305 can be used on the 87 350. I also want to use the newer 305 TPI injection system on the 350. The 87 350 uses MAF (mass air flow) in contrast to the 92 305s Speed Density sensors. If someone else has done this before, I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

The serpentine will fit.
Take the '87 long-block and put it under your TPI, use the '87 injectors. Get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, go PROM tuning and have some fun.
(Edit: Boy, I sure screwed up that response. Hope this is better.)
