Whats Good?
Im gona get a long block to get me started. Im a student and have limited cash so theirs a few choices. I can just replace my engine with the same kind 86 305 Tpi, or i can replace it with a 87 305 with roller cam, or replace it with a 86 350 (2bolt or 4bolt i dont really know the diffrence) or a 87 305 with roller cam. I will be using my TPI set up on all. I know that on the 87's i will need a new base but what else? I also know that the 350's will need 22# injectors. Whats the best ? Remeber im a student and this will be my daily drive.

to simplify things and save you a little money you'd want the same sort of crank seal on your replacement as you have in the car now. all else being equall i'd get the 350 roller with one piece crank seal
