tpi engine swap step by step

Does anyone have a link to a site or post where they list step by step instructions for removal/install of a TPI motor? I'll be taking out my LB9, and being a newbie to the whole process, don't want to be working against myself by doing the dumb things that occur with a first time.

Shop manual is the best way to go. Even a Haynes is better than nothing.

I have the shop manual for an 89 camaro, and it lists no procedure for taking out the entire motor, just parts of the motor. I'm thinkin i might just have to reluctantly go with my haynes, but it seems like the information in there isn't 100% correct.
