For Those who have the ls1
I've never seen that intake before on a LS1, let alone a 3rd Gen LS1...

MORE performance custom made that intake for (IIRC) a 427 LS1 with some 700 HP or something ridiculous like that.
GM High-Tech did an article on that motor.

shane you don't need that intake. its a waste of money, unless you are making 600hp don't worry about it. get yourself an ls6 intake and be done with it.

Wow! That thing looks crazy. There is a three piece aftermarket one that was featured in a magazine a few months ago. It is made of composite meterial like the factory unit. It weighs less, flows better and has been designed for port matching.
