Can I use a flexplate from a 305 on a 350?

I'm doing a 305-350 TBI swap on a 92 RS and noticed the flexplate is bigger on the 350 and of course my starter won't fit.
I see they have balance weights on both of them, can they interchange and if not what is the solution? The 350 came from a similar year van fwiw.

It'll work, assuming the 350 is one-piece rear main seal, which it should be if it is from an '86-later vehicle.
