Help needed to complete motor, tranny and rear end.

Have the following questions:
What size pushrods do I need?
What size harmonic damper do I use?
What rear gears should I use?
Regarding torque converter, what stall speed should I use?
Regarding the timing chain, should I install the sprocket on the crank dot to dot, advance, or retard it?
What type/brand intake manifold should I use?

Any more info you can throw my way would be helpful. Not looking to street race the Camaro but would like to have some get up and go when needed.

Here is some info as to what I have for the Camaro.
