Tbular Kmember LS1 swap, accy question
When using the tubular Kmember I am assuming that it is not required to be modified in any way for the swap to work out, correct?

My understanding is that no modification is required, but I haven't put mine in yet. Contact HAWKS directly - I'm sure they could tell you.

It needs to be modified a little bit....Just the bolt holes for the motor mounts. I had to open mine up with a dremmel to get the fit correct and make sure the bolt passes through. If you get the kmember test it on the engine first!! It is 10 times easier to open those holes when the k member is out rather than in...believe me! Other than that everything bolts in easy. Im not any type of fabricator either, im 18 and never done this kinda thing before.
