I have a 90 RS 305 tbi auto,that i have just pulled and have a 1979 350 that i am about to drop in. will the tranny shift with out the computer? Is there anything else that i should be flustered by?

The trans will shift without the computer, but the torque converter wont lock up. Do a seach on here and you can get the instructions on how to set that up. Make sure to get the flexplate with the old engine, you will need it.
