I have a 1987 Camaro Z28 with a 1986 TPI engine swapped in.

I'm trying to find a cheap horsepower upgrade and I've been hearing about changing the intake over to a LTI.

I can grab a 1994 LTI intake from my local junk yard for $100. The only resource I've been able to find is this.

Does anyone have any other information I could use? What about the computer?

 

No computer, but if you get the intake, grab everything on it, throttle body and the fuel rails and injectors.

 

I thought I could use the old throttle body?

 

you can use a TPI throttle body on an LT1 intake but you cant use a LT1 throttle body on a TPI intake
