Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)
Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
Sounds like an LT-1 based 383 to me. But, I'm beyond my experience base.
You'll have to talk to piston makers about that rod length.
Either build it for nitrous, or don't.
