Swap specs what do you think?
1989 IROC 305 TPI.
The swap motor will consist of a 350 4 bolt main block 69-80(casting#3970010) .030. I will be re-using the 305(58cc) heads, with new springs valves and studs. Cast crank, TRW flat topped pistons, Crane Cam (powermax 2030) @.050 Lift int 107 exh 117, Duration int 214 exh 220. Stock TPI equipment.
Backing it up with a 1500 stall converter with my current 700R-4 with a shift kit. I know this should yield high compression, I hope 91 octane will do but i might need some octain booster. I do not think I will have any emmision problems with this set up.
Im thinking a mild 280-300 hp at crank.
Other than the flywheel, Will I have any compatibility issues?

The dipstick will be on the driver's side instead of the passenger side. The stock exhaust manifold gets in the way of the dipstick tube, but if you have headers that won't be a problem.
