305TBI for 350TPI BUT more to this please help!!!

OK well I got my 91 RS Camaro . My buddy calls me up "I GOT A FREE CAR" so he brings this busted as 350 Delta 88 over.... well motor runs damn good. SO I am going to pull the motor and I got a buddy of mine whos pulling his 305 TPI out of his Z28. So I figured I could build a 350 TPI for my RS. Now heres for my absurd questions:

-I want some nice power but I need some drivability with gas milage...no lower then 15MPH but would like about 350HP is this possible?
-I want some power, motors completely free and I am parting the 88 Delta so I got a decent amount of cash.
-Will the 305 CPU be ok for the 350?
-Would a supercharger mess my gas milage up?
-Does anyone else have ideas what I should do with these free engine parts....

This all fell into my lap which is really weird and I need some brainstorming help..... I will listen to any reasonable ideas. PLEASE HELP!

First, a dumb question or two: Have you seen this Olds and its engine? What year is it? Reason I ask is you may be getting a free white elephant, in the form of an Oldsmobile 350, not a SBC 350.

If it is in fact a SBC 350, then all of your goals are obtainable. Supercharging typically lowers fuel economy two ways: 1) the constant load on the engine in cruise conditions which doesn't contribute to economy, and 2) the inability to keep your foot out of it.

Whether the ECM for the 305 TPI will work with the 350 depends a lot on whether it is an earlier MAF type or later SD type.

I was out driving it last night its a pos but motor is sweet....its wide open so sounds real nice lol.... BUT my friend might of been misinformed because as I find out it might be a 307 which will truely suck. I will post again around 3:00 and update you.

Get both cars side-by-side. Open the hoods. Look at things like the shape of the valve covers, front covers, intake manifold, etc. The Olds most likely will look a lot different.

The water pump will probably be the easiest differentiation factor.
