Which PCM and Harness for LT1

I have a 92 LT1 thats out of a corvette and dont know if I have to go with a Corvette PCM or can I go with a Camaro PCM? Also should I get a painless wiring harness or use a good factory one from which ever PCM I go with? Help my out guys im really confused and have looked and can't find anyone who's done an older (92) LT1 swap.

You can use the 92 ECM, but like the 93 Z28 and Trans Ams, they require a chip instead of flashing the PCM itself. If it were up to what I was going to do, I would use a 94 PCM since they don't require a chip to program it for tuning, removal of stuff such as VATS or EGR etc etc. As far as the wiring, get a factory harness, it's not difficult to wire up, I think a total of about 8 or 9 wires to get it running, an LT1 harness is pretty much the same between them except for the 96-97 since they are OBDII instead of OBDI. The corvette fuel rail will exit from the passenger side insted of the driver side like the F-body fuel rails do as well.

So I can use a 94-95 Camaro PCM and Harness on the 92 Corvette Motor? I thought I had to stay with older PCM like 92(corvette)-93(camaro).

The 92 Vette is a SD setup, and the 94-95 is MAF, so you would have to get a MAF sensor for the car, but everything as AFAIK is plugs into the same places.
