LT1 w/Tranny Price
A local person wrecked a 96 Impala SS and has the complete LT1 motor, 4L60E, electronics, etc for sale. Pretty much whatever is in the car is for sale. What is a reasonable price? He's asking $1800. It has 30K miles. I have a 88 IROC and a 69 Camaro that I wouldn't mind having it in.
Also, I've read that the later models are harder to install?
Thanks,
Dan

That's a good price on the stuff. There's no difference of installing a '96 in a car than installing my '95 model. The only difference being the '96 is OBDII instead of OBDI.
