With some major modifications of the heads and intake so you kill the reverse cooling, yes.
The block is a bit different since the waterpump is driven off of the cam instead of a belt, they changed the upper part of the timing chain cover to make up for the gear to drive the waterpump.
The LT1 is considered a Generation II smallblock.
Best thing to do is go ahead and put the LT1 in the car.

Almost right.
LT1 Heads and Intake will bolt to a 350, however, there is no hole for your Distributor. You have to modify the intake, and you have to make some plumping changes to correct for the reverse flow design of the heads.
http://www.lt1intake.com/ Has information you are looking for.
I have heads and intake for sale if you're looking btw.
Also, you aren't going to get that great of a bump by sticking the intake and heads on there.
Best bet would be to either swap the whole LT1 or do that head and intake package with a cam, and possibly lower end build.
