Help with piston choice

Help with piston choice

I'm geting ready to buy part's for my rebuild. Here's the Q can I put dish top piston's in the 350 with L98 aluminum head's will that work the piston's are TRW P/N L2403F30 can anyone help with this

Determine what compression ratio(cr) you want to run first. If you want to use any type of forced induction you want to have a lower cr.

Start by picking out the heads you want to use, if you haven't already. Then the head gaskets, rod length, and consider if you are going to bore the cylinders over any. Then add in your pistons and determing how much of a recess you need to gain the desired cr. That will tell you if the piston you pick out will work for your application.
