OK guys, I have searched but need to refine my searching skills apparently.....

Can anyone tell me which crankshaft hub is best suited for putting an LT1/LT4 into an IROC? The car that I pulled the motor from is a Caprice and I will be replacing the hub anyway. I have been told to get one that suits the car I am putting the motor into, not one to match the car it came from...so which one suits our third gens best?

The crank hubs are the same between the B-body and F-body cars, just use a stock hub.
