I seem to have finally found a perfectly priced and located engine for my 89 RS. The engine i am looking at came from an 89 trans am. Its a 350TPI and my camaro originally had a 305 TBI....Is this a compatible swap? Is there a lot of work involved? The thing is complete so i would have pretty much all parts. Thanks guys,

Steve, its definitely a worthwile swap, and one that has been accomplished many times before. You can search the board for all of the information you could possibly want on that swap. The physical swapping of the engines is a piece of cake, unbolt the 305, pull it out, drop in the 350, bolt it in. The wiring harness and fuel requirements are the only things that will take some work, and then its just a matter of making sure everything is connected correctly.
