hawks 350tpi

i am thinking about gettin the used 350 tpi engine from hawks for 1200, for my 85 sc, do u think this engine is a good deal and would my 700r4 from my 2.8 bolt up to it?

Thats seams a little spendy. I bet you could find something cheaper. No the v6 trans wont bolt up.
