I just rcently swap 305 tpi to 350 tpi.
my 350 leaks some oil amd burns it! So I am gonna repair it.
i was thinking to stroke the engine to 383, could you guys recomend good stroker kit? I am planning to do balance the engine here in Finland. What is the best bang for the buck in stroker kits for tpi engine.

a stroker kit is a stroker kit imo (what i mean is nothing realy tpi specific about it). I'd look into the scat kits myself.
