ok, im about to get this 383 stroker from this place called motorcrate engines. ive called the shop already and sounds decent. im purchasing it off of ebay. does anyone know anything about these guys? good/ bad. here is the combo. let me know what you think. im buying it for 2900.

That whole bid today and get screw in studs is kinda funny. Who in their right mind would build an engine like that and use pressed in studs?

Check the feedback. THen check it again. Then see if you can get some numbers or names and call people.

 

i called, comfirmed the price and shipping. 200$. the feedback is 100% positive and they have been members since jan 04. i guess that says somethin. ill be definatly going through paypal, so ill have statements saying that i paid, just in case something goes wrong. there is insurance on shipping. and i checked that the holley stealth ram will fit on these heads.

 

They have an ad also in Chevy High Performance Mag. so that says a little more I guess.
