2.8 to 350 swap?

Axle/Gears: DTS 9" 3.50 TrueTrac
2.8 to 350 swap?
Okay well I am on my search to find a decent camaro and a guy said his dad has a 88 with the Z28 body kit with a 2.8L that he is gonna junk and the body is decent.
How hard is it to swap a 350 in it? I would prob try to find a carbed 350 for a easy swap.
Are the trannies the same etc?
