Hey, would anyone would happen to know a good place to get a cheap 350 short block for a 5.7L 87 camaro? just blew it, dont need any added performance, and tight on cash. also, is there anything special the 87 tpi 5.7 block, or can i use a different 350? any help would be much appreciated, thnx.

Your best bet is to look on the classified boards or post a want to buy ad. In the appropriate forums... No, nothing special about an 87 block, just a regular ol 350, cept i think you "may" have a roller cam. Which is not required to run TPI. So, I would go to a bone yard and grab a $500 special.
