2.8 v6- TPI 350?
I am looking for a motor and preferably a TPI 350 because i want to rebuild it but i have a question..im new to this motor/transmission stuff so From what i know if i get a TPI 350 they only came with automatics, Is there a way to bolt up a T-56 to the motor? my car is a 5-speed right now and want to put a 6-speed to the new motor...would it just be easier for me to look for an LT1 for sale?
any help would be appreciated,
thanks,
Nick

They never came out of the factory stick because GM's T5 was too wimpy to handle it. A nice rebuilt T-5 or T-56 should handle a 350 way up into normal street hp ranges.
