So Ill be swaping my burned out LG4 for a rebuilt motor soon.
heres the specs
Motor:
77 4 bolt main block bored .030 over
speed pro flattops .030 over
cam = 241/249@.050 .525/546
bowtie raised port heads fully ported
2.02/1.60 manley stainless valves
port matched victor jr intake
holley 750 dp
110gph fp
And hedman shorty headers and a dynomax 2.5 catback.
What gears and tourque converter will I need?

I dont think hedman shorties and a 2.5" catback will cut it for this motor. The cam you have listed is pretty big and will require somewhere around a 3000 rpm converter.
